Senior Geotechnical Engineer – Florida Certified Neutral Evaluator
Mr. Scott is a Florida Certified Neutral Evaluator. He has over 12 years of experience in geotechnical investigations and evaluation for ground subsidence studies, as well as roadway and bridge design, industrial, commercial, high rise, and residential projects. His experience includes shallow and deep foundation analyses, retaining wall design, settlement analyses, and pavement evaluations. Mr. Scott also has experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Surveys, Electronic Resistivity (ER), Pile Integrity Testing (PIT) and Cross-Hole Sonic Logging (CSL). He has reviewed and interpreted GPR and ER surveys, and performed PIT and CSL services across Florida and in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi for a variety of applications and clients including FDOT and FHWA. In addition to his geotechnical experience, Mr. Scott has provided project management and project consulting services for construction materials testing and inspection projects including high rise, industrial, roadway, commercial and residential projects.
